| What it involves? |
- Reengineering involves completely rethinking of existing corporate structure, financial structure, organization structure, business methods, work procedures, and attitudes toward customers and suppliers. It usually starts from a “clean sheet of paper”. It is not about marginal improvement…it is about reinvention rather than evolution.
- Some organizations work. They accomplish what they set out to do and their employees are engaged and happy with their jobs. Others seem to struggle to accomplish the most mundane of activities. This difference is due to fault in the structure of later company and it needs strategic re-engineering.
